Report content
Last updated: July 3, 2026
usevizzy.com hosts content published by its users. If you believe something published here is illegal, infringes your rights, or violates our terms, report it and we will review it promptly. This is our notice-and-action mechanism under the EU Digital Services Act, and it also serves as our copyright (DMCA-style) takedown channel.
How to report
Email legal@usevizzy.com with:
- the exact URL(s) of the content;
- what’s wrong with it — for illegal content, why you consider it illegal (with the relevant law where you can); for copyright, identification of the work you own and how the content infringes it;
- your name and contact details (except for offences where anonymity is appropriate);
- a statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information in your report is accurate and complete.
What happens next
- We review reports promptly and in the order the law requires.
- If we remove or disable content, we tell the publisher what was removed and why, and — where we have your contact details — we tell you the outcome of your report.
- The publisher may contest a removal by replying with their reasons (counter-notice). For copyright disputes we may restore content if the reporter does not pursue the claim.
- Accounts that repeatedly publish infringing or illegal content will be suspended.
Misuse of this process
Knowingly false reports waste the time of everyone involved and may themselves be unlawful. Repeat senders of manifestly unfounded notices may have their reports deprioritized.
